Default What a day

Ok, I'll probally get yelled at by mods for this topic, but I just don't care at this point.

After spending a solid Month stuck at Thunderhead Keep, I finally beat it with my ranger. I was in a group with 4 rangers, 2 warriors, and 2 monks. About the time we got to the fort, Monk #1 drops. Right before the town, a ranger drops. Then, right after the named Mursatt, Monk #2 drops. There we are, no monks, 3 rangers and 2 warriors, and we hold off the last groups and win. I finally got a group that used teamwork(well, the 5 that stayed did) and we get though. YAY!

Camping the king is the hard way to do it. Gates is significantly easier, with a moderately balanced team.

Congrats on finishing the mission.

Congrats

Next time, try putting 1 caster on each catapult (they can kill at least half of the mobs before they even enter the gate, and also signal others of incoming mobs), and the rest move from one gate to another, as something comes in. They won't even get close to the king. Of course, you do need people that can read and follow instructions for TK, but if you get lucky to pick such people, the mission is easy, although a bit boring.

Pure tank warrior. Holding an Enchanted Torch. Hey, look at all the aggro that comes his way. Watch as the Monks keep the tank completely healed. Watch the others kill everything.

I had my warrior still set up as an aggro tank when I went back to help one of my friends...I remembered about the Torch, and well, it seemed really easy when I went back. Most of the time all I did was hit Sprint and pretend it's the Olympics.
